This site is the U.S site in a series of sites with job postings from various countries. The database is not the most extensive, but it’s not an area where extensive listings are often found. The jobs that are here are searchable and browsable (nice feature) by location, industry, and how recent the listing is. Many jobs are shared among the various sites, and listed as “overseas”.

The site does have a lot to recommend it. I particularly like the data on the employers in their database, which lets you look at the individual employers in a variety of ways; see how many employers are in which cities and states; how many positions each employer has listed on the site.

This is a Canadian job site. It is partnered with, and its ownership situation is very similar to, Careerbuilder here in the States. I would wager it has similar benefits and liabilities. There are better than average resources for the job-hunter, including Bob Rosner’s Working Wounded column. If you are looking for a Canadian job, this might be a good place to start.

A United Kingdom site with jobs in the U.K. (of course), Europe, and the Middle East. Not necessarily a lot in every country — as few as 13 vacancies listed, for some, when I visited.

Has listings for jobs in a surprising number of countries; search by standard keywords and location, or browse jobs by country. Currently not as large as a database as one might hope.

A pretty good job board, regardless of the area it serves. The jobs database is for Australian jobs, of course, but there’s a good, if slightly small, collection of resources here for everyone. I particularly like the Job Seeker’s Workshop, which is a map for online job hunting.
