Education
Maybe, after doing a lot of soul searching (and maybe testing as well), you have decided that you will never get the job or career you want without further education. Don't feel bad; there's a lot of that going around. Here's some places to start;
Yahoo! Education
I happen to think that this is the most useful page that Yahoo! has, and that’s saying quite a bit. From here, you can search for specific schools, look for schools that offer certain courses or degrees, even find out what schools have online classes, enabling you, in many cases, to get your degree over the Internet.

Academic Info
A great site for researching degree programs (online and offline), schools, test preparation… everything to do with education.

Google University Search
This is a nice service, implemented strangely.

From the extensive alphabetical list of Universities, pick the one you want. That doesn’t lead you to the school’s Web page; it brings you to a database that Google has compiled, of what is on each Universiiy’s Web server. You then need to enter a search term — “courses”, “schedule”, or the like — to get information. (I entered ”*.*” out of habit, and got a browsable list of what was on the server.)

College Planning Resources
A list of resources for people who are planning to attend college, adults who need to return to school, and so on.

Distance Learning
A list of schools with online courses.

The Alternative Universe: A Guide $$
This is an archived article on the New York Times Web site, by Julie Flaherty, listing Colleges and Universities that offer courses and degrees online. Well researched, with figures like total students, number of online students, degrees and programs offered online. It will cost you $2.95 to read the article, unless you already have a New York Times archive subscription.
